OSC (HOMME) stands for “One Stop Center” and OSC (HOMME) is the only center exclusively appointed by the Malaysian Government to register the illegal / undocumented Myanmar workers in Malaysia.
OSC (HOMME) has currently four official branches nationwide and one more branch in Muar will be launched soon.
According to the Government to Government (G to G) programme ratified between the Malaysian Government and Myanmar Government, all the illegal / undocumented Myanmar workers in Malaysia must be registered at OSC as a first step before applying the passport at Myanmar Embassy.
Duration of the G to G programme is 6 months (until the end of December 2014) and the first 3 months will be the registration period which is step 1. After the registration period of first 3 months then only the step 2 (to appeal for work OR to return home country) will be commenced.
